I think I have one of these. I got it at a pawn shop or I mean an antique shop. I should send you pictures and videos of it to see what you think when I bought it. It was labeled as amethyst. It was that her whole color and the light, and I brought it outside, and it was blue in red

This is what is called a "specialty gemstone, " which means only a few people appreciate it, love it, and are willing to pay the extraordinary prices for it. I would rather have high-quality diamonds, sapphires, or rubies because those sell much more quickly than this "specialty gem, " which you might not be able to sell for months or even years. Additionally, they are still mined secretly, just like Kashmir sapphires are. If you don't know the right people or have very deep pockets, you will never have access to them. Fun fact: This is the favorite gemstone of HRM the Queen of Denmark, who has the largest collection of royal jewels featuring this gemstone. =)

I have a Color Change stone that I believe is a Russian Chrysoberyl that changes from light blue-green to forest green to green-purple to red. Such a lovely stone.
