I need to watch a workout regiment break down of prime iron mike. I know I ain’t no specimen of the likes, but it would be cool to know what his prime fighting diet/ workout routine was like. I know I saw that he would workout like 3 times a day and he would take like a 3 hour nap after his 1st am workout. Beast!
