I personally like, ,Gotham’s’’ version of villans. Robin Lord Taylor as the penguin is without a doubt better than Dani Devito, Cory Michel Smith’s Ridller is good enough and Cameron Monaghan’s Jerome Valeska is absolutely insanely good I wish they were more apriciated. Oh and there’s a Scarcrow/Jhonathan Crane too.

I think the easy answer to best is the Joker but the Riddler has potential to be the best, the Joker has just been portrayed so many times in a serious way we all have grown to think he’s the only one that matters. The Riddler being done the correct way like he seems to be in the new Matt Reeves Batman movie could potentially be the best.
