Thank u for this video, its be more than two weeks still chapter 13 video has not yet uploaded awaiting from long back. I have one small query on Hospice, if services has performed by physicain under mcr part b services, so claim will deny for patient enrolled in hospice under mcr part a services. If our date of service do fall within hospice date range do we need to append GV/GW mod, or if date of service does not fall within hospice date range we have to reprocess or appeal the claim (correct me if im wrong). Pls help me on my understanding on this denial.
