SCP-001 EX - A Good Boy (SCP Animation)

SCP-001-EX is an anomaly also known as A Good Boy.

SCP 001 is the ERZATZ Type AK9 Computational Engine. It was constructed by the SCP Foundation to provide predictive analysis regarding the location and properties of undiscovered anomalies. SCP001 accomplishes this by using an extremely advanced form of AI and neural networks, relying upon training datasets derived from the location and properties of previous anomalies. A super smart computer that's been trusted enough to be put in charge of containing some of the most dangerous creatures on planet Earth? What could possibly go wrong?

I think the reason it was truly fine with being shutdown was because he was the last remaining anomaly and had to be shutdown for his missions to be complete

I think my favourite part about this SCP is that it's a rare instance of story about an AI becoming super intelligent and not ending with it turning against humans.

I always considered the numerous 001s to be evidence of the SCP multiverse theory, 001 is always the SCP at highest threat to that particular universe. Some universes would have never developed AK9, some universes are outside of the Scarlet King's dominion, etc. Every SCP 001 exists, but not every 001 is relevant to OUR universe.
