evolution of Enderman in minecraft (2011 - 2019)

Enderman is one of the most mysterious mob from Minecraft. Enderman was added in Minecraft in 2011 and went to different kind of stages. This video is showing you a demonstration of the evolution of Enderman during these years.

A small background o this video and versions of Minecraft I've used:
1.8 pre-release - green eyes, black smoke, zombie sound
1.8 beta - purple eyes, portal particles
(can be hit by arrows, snowballs, eggs etc)
1.9 beta pre-release - more testings with same results
1.9 beta pre-release 3 - enderman is much smarter, you can't hit him with arrows, snowballs, eggs anymore, he has 20 hearts now, when the sun rise he doesn't burn, he teleports from water now
RC1 - sound changed "what's up"
12w22a - enderman is not teleporting behind the player
1.7.2 - enderman sounds added
14w11a - enderman is now frendly on creative mode, enderman can spawn endermites when he is teleporting, enderman is violent through endermites
15w31a - enderman no longer attacks endermites, enderman no longer spawn endermites when teleporting, enderman are dropping the blocks when they are killed, enderman has a static sound

I think the reason why the enderman hides from sunlight is because the sun does affect their sight. So if the sun comes up it will blind the enderman a little

i distinctly remember the green eyed enderman and i remember absolutely freaking out when they added its sounds. i had been reading a lot of creepypasta at the time and to me the endermans scream sounded like it was tearing down the walls of reality to potentially attack me in real life. i closed the game shortly after it ended. i quickly learned that it was an intended feature but ive never been so scared by a video game as that moment
