Topics: Rumble Boxing OKC location review. I went to try Rumble Boxing Gym for the first time with a trainer named Aaron Diaz. There were 5 rounds of boxing training and 5 rounds of weight training with a HIT cardio workout.

Personally, I love Title Boxing if I were to compare these two. I feel like TItle teaches you how to punch correctly. If I did Rumble, I couldn't handle the lighting due to my epilepsy. But, I'd seriously reccomend Title for a more authentic boxing experince! I also looked into both of these memberships, and Title Boxing is definetly less expensive.

Love these classes -- but be aware you're not coming to learn self-defense. It's pure cardio!

386 kcal in 52 minutes? man... did you put any intensity at all ? that's what i burn walking on a treadmill at 2.0 mph for 45 minutes.

89$ for 4 classes a month!!! You put in your title is it worth the price. But never talked about it. 😂 Now I see why. I burn the same amount of calories doing 8 x 1s on a free track by my house.
