I personally do recommend it, since I dont have time to spend hours at a gym I'm looking for a quick intense workout and rumble gives me that.. I also dont get motivated to workout alone and the instructor gives u that push!

I pay 109 student monthly unlimited payment (I think 129 regular) for regular boxing and it`s the best workout I`ve ever had. I advice you to find a regular kickboxing first and see if you want to overpay for rumble

Jen this was such a well done review!!! We recently got a Rumble in Denver and I love it. Ours is much smaller (no locker rooms) D: but hopefully one day!!

That's so true! Boxing is definitely a good stress reliever. It would be nice if they expanded to Canada :D

Its my goal this year too ... to be healthy.. and step up with my exercise since i love eating all kinds of food... great review of about this boxing location.. they have one in LA ... awesome 8)
