Показать описание
Sometimes you really want something sweet, but there is absolutely nothing at hand. This recipe will be the solution to this problem. Quick oatmeal bars with one of the best combinations in the confectionery world – chocolate and peanut paste will save you time and most importantly it does not need to be baked. I mixed everything, poured it and put it in the refrigerator for freezing and the sweet snack is ready.
Ingredients:
260 g chocolate wafers or chocolate flakes
100 g oat flakes
160 g powdered sugar
¼ tsp. salt
180 g butter
240 g chunky peanut butter
180 g + 50 g smooth peanut butter
280 g dark chocolate
150 g of milk chocolate
Mix the chocolate waffles or chocolate flakes, oatmeal, powdered sugar and salt in a large bowl. Melt the butter and add to it 240 g of coarse-grained peanut butter and 180 g of smooth peanut butter. If you only have coarse-grained peanut butter, then our base will crumble when you slice, pay attention to this. Stir the butter with the peanut mixture, melting in the microwave, stir again and so on until smooth. Add the peanut butter mixture to the waffle mixture, stir until smooth.
We take a baking dish, cover it with parchment paper, leaving protrusions on all sides. Lubricate with vegetable oil. We transfer our mixture into the prepared mold and tamp it using the bottom of a measuring cup or a curved spatula to press the mixture tightly with an even layer.
Pour the melted dark chocolate over the cooled mixture and use a curved spatula to spread it in a thin layer, covering the entire surface. Refrigerate until solidified for at least 20 minutes.
Heat the remaining 50 g of homogeneous smooth peanut butter in a small container to a liquid state. Sprinkle the cooled chocolate with peanut butter. Next, use a spoon to distribute the melted milk chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
We take out our dessert using parchment. Dip a sharp knife under hot water, dry well and cut into squares, wiping the knife between the incisions. Let the bars stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
Sliced bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 1 month.
