The practice will involve short Japanese dialogues in a variety of situations. Each dialogue will feature one man and one woman.

Each dialogue will be played twice. The woman will speak in an American accent while the man will speak in a British accent, so this is perfect for listening practice.

The male speaker is extremely fast in his speech. I slowed it down to 0.75 playback speed and it helped.

British accent: "The capital of my country is Mexico City." Seems right!

I’m wondering about the use of ”anata” in many of the sentences, is it possible to just remove it in sentences by structuring it like this: ”どのくらい中国語を勉強していますか?”
Or how would you best structure a sentence if it’s a formal but still a casual conversation.

I'd prefer if the Japanese came first, then I can guess about the English translation without being biased 😇
