So basically good to carry around for resources. But reptryo is more functional due to kindling too and moves faster i actually tested this out yesterday.

Yea but it's still better to use other pal if you are using mining stations, also benefit from traits, which in this case doesn't.

Anubis is better because he is faster, and smaller so he doesn’t get stuck as often as digtoise, and he mines just as fast.Also he has the highest handiwork level.
