Crochet Fingerless Gloves - In-depth Tutorial for Beginners

Показать описание
For these Crochet Gloves you will need:
• 4.5 mm Crochet Hook
• 100gr Yarn: Category No. 2 (fine/baby/sport weight) *
• Yarn Needle (to weave the ends)
• Scissors

(*) I recommend you to choose soft yarn. The softer the better. It can be any type of yarn: wool, merino, cotton,... And if you want the "lacier" look, go for smaller yarn!

About SIZING:
The size of the glove is super adjustable. In the video, I'll show you how to try the chain on your hand to get the right size, after we make a number of chain. If you're crocheting the gloves for someone else, just use your hand as sample to estimate the number of chain 🧙🏼‍♀️🧙🏼

Make sure you read the PATTERN NOTE in the video (timeline).

for anyone wondering: it takes about three to four hours to crochet one glove depending on how good you are. it took me about five the first time. hope this helps:)

A few things to say! Number one) your voice is incredibly comforting to listen to, and your instructions are incredibly easy to listen to :) Number two) The way you say “okay?” before giving an instruction brings me a lot of joy, as someone who gets anxious trying new things. It makes me feel more at-ease definitely. Number three) your hands are very pretty! Watching you work is mesmerizing, I love watching people work with their hands :)
Thank you for the video!

this is a tip that has actually helped me
if anyone, like me, has difficulty in remembering how many chains you made, use stitch markers. you can use safety pins, or you can use a sketch pen and mark it. I would recommend doing so every 10 chains or also 5
Hope it helps :)

A small tip! If u have big hands and small wrists make them a little bit bigger! I made them shorter and with thicker yarn and they look amazing and only took me 2 hours to make both :)

My grandma taught me the basics of crocheting when I was about 7, but I only picked it up again about a week ago and found that your tutorials are really easy to follow ^^
I made the cat ear hat a few days ago and some of my friends already asked if I could make them a hat too, saying they can't crochet. I think next time someone asks I'm just going to send them your tutorial because it is very well made and I think my friends will be able to follow it easily despite never having crocheted anything :)
Keep up the good work <3

I loved it, but I have something to say, the middle of my arm is bigger than the size of that part of the hand that you said to measure the glove. Unfortunately I just realized it before finishing it, so I’m going to do it all again. I was thinking that maybe if I want to get the same appearance I could put some decrease st in the middle! The recipe is easy and the explanation is awesome! Thank you very much for sharing the recipe and for the tutorial! (Sorry if I said something wrong, english is not my mother language, but I felt like commenting and sharing my experience)

I loooove this crochet tutorial its so easy to understand and turns out really pretty. I have only two thing i could point out. It you have those pin crochet markers you can use them at the beggining of each row so you dont get it all confused, mostly because im a begginer and it helps me keep things tidy and clear and second. My arms get progressively bigger than the meassurement of my palm so i would suggest taking beginning meassurement from the arm just below the elbow and make that in the first row of chains ⛓️ ❤thank you so much for providing this pattern
