This is a great and quick classical pilates workout. I wish some of the leg circles were longer, but understand you wanted to keep it under 15 minutes. Going into my regular routine – thank you.

This was the most exhausting 15 minutes of youtube viewing I have ever experienced. I really enjoy this instructor and am convinced that she can beat me up in a street fight. Doing this routine is now my fitness goal.

Nice routine! This is the way I teach (except my class is an hour so we do more stretching and go a little slower)! I have found my fellow friend here, real pilates well done. Did you remember that whole sequence in your head?
