This video is EXACTLY what I have been looking for: a straight, to-the-point Pilates video for those of us who are experienced. I do NOT need to hear the play-by-play for proper form and precision, and most videos take far, far too long due to talking/explaining.

the precision is completely lost because of the unnecesary speed. also, the "rolling like a ball" and "leg circles" are just completely done in a wrong way.

Weights don't "bulk" you up, especially not with these baby 1- or 2-pounders.

Very bad technique in roll down/up. Your arms should be straight ahead and have a space the size of a large ball between your arms and thighs.
