My neighbor was trans and didn’t have surgery but opted for hormone “therapy”. Only within a few years, he died from a highly advanced cancer. While he may have had the cancer already and didn’t know before therapy, he believed that the hormones caused the aggressive advancing of it. He was angry at the doctors that supported this therapy and regretted it. He was one of the nicest people you could meet but he was confused and highly manipulated as a result.
