Please stop using the term "quiet quitting". It makes it sound like people are not performing their jobs. They are performing their jobs, just not taking on tasks not in their job description or doing unpaid work. They are doing what they are paid to do. Nothing more, nothing less. Period.

How the americans just neeeed air-condition, americans and their over consumerism! In Europe, in the Mediterranean countries, such as Spain, Italy and Greece, they don't have a/c inside their homes, and I'm sure the temperature is more and less the same, and neither do they have so many swimming pools as you guys, super materialistic and needy behaviour.

I'm sorry what is California and other states doing with all the money that they get from customers I pay my bills and I expect to have the usage of my utilities when I feel like it I would start demanding where are all the money goes print out of every single penny that is paid.
