Since 1985, the T-64A and T-64B tanks have been equipped with a mounted dynamic protection of the first generation "Kontakt-1", designed to counter cumulative ammunition. When a projectile hits, the explosive substance located in the DZ block detonates. The metal plates of the block moving under the influence of the explosion prevent the formation of a cumulative jet. Tanks with installed dynamic protection received the designation T-64AV and T-64BV.

Dude, this is a SOVIET modification of a SOVIET tank. The middle of the 80s. Then Ukraine did not exist yet. Yes, the tank was assembled and designed in Kharkov, but it was in the USSR, and all there was created by the forces of a huge number of enterprises throughout the country and by order of the assignment and requirements of the Soviet government, not by concrete people at a particular point. And in the Kharkiv CBM worked natives of different republics of the USSR, not only from the Ukrainian SSR. Both designers and engineers.
If you really think that the whole tank Ukrainian (Kharkov), let’s see... Gun - Artillery KB (Артиллерийское КБ), armor, alloys, booking packages, contact 1 - Research Institute of Steel (НИИ Стали). Fire control systems, sights - ZNIAG (ЦНИИАГ), CDC KMZ (ЦКБ КМЗ), then - CDB «Dashboard» (ЦКБ «Точприбор»), tank ballistic computer and stabilizers - MIET (МИЭт). Transmission - Soviet Onboard Boxes. Sensors and electronics - I will not list concretely, a huge number of research institutes for the USSR, MIET, Zelenograd enterprises, Moscow, Novosibirsk, etc.
And dont think incorrect, you can say this about all SOVIET tanks, not only about t-64a//b/bv. Again, it was one big country, and it was created with all the forces of the whole Union, people from different regions (even on the spot people came from different regions to work). And different regions, people, research institutes, etc.
Also - do not confuse the SOVIET tank t-64bv, t-64b, etc. with the already Ukrainian modification t-64b and bv- t-64bv 2017. (Although there has not changed much in contrast to the Soviet tanks, but still). The game does not have this mod 2017 y.

And stop making some Soviet and Russian tanks look bad, and some are good, just because Ukraine uses some and some don’t, it’s ridiculous.
BTW Russia also have many t-64 and their modifications.

In the case of t64 is impressive how little this thing is compared to any other T series tank. It is an obsolete tank? Yes, even with a modernization in 2017 he only recieved a thermal for the gunner and some norz ERA on the front of it.
The base armor and fire control system never changed since the 80s, and the mobility in t64 is poor.
And if we consider that majority of t64bv's on the ukrainian service not are the model 2017 the thing gets even more worse.
But this dont change the fact that he is kinda "cute" lol

A soviet tank, not Ukrainian. Ukrainian modifications are not implemented in the game. At least yet.

This is not a Ukrainian T-64BV, this is a Soviet T-64B. T-80B is my favorite.

I would love to have more T-64 variants to play but since all further modifications were done by Ukraine and with the current war going on sadly this may not happen at least for some time. Plus I would rather they be added in a Ukrainian tech tree it wouldn’t make sense to put them in the ussr tech tree since Russian never used or developed any variant of the T-64 post 1991.
