Some considerations on your review:
Sharpness should always be low, or at least medium if you want to avoid sharpening artefacts.
EV isn't composition, it's exposure compensation.
You don't set an ISO on the GoPro. You set your maximum auto ISO limit.

Very nice walk-through, much more informative than the printed manual. I have the hero 4 silver for a day now; managed to use it through the gopro app on my tablet. Works like a charm, but it's good to be able to tune the camera on the go, without any extra devices. Cheers!

About the battery and it's little pull tab. If it breaks off, you can gently tap the camera and the battery will come out.

Imagine the poor person who's responsibility it is to manage all the GoPro cams on TV shows like 'Top Gear' or 'Mythbusters' etc. Ensuring all the cameras are charged, all are on the right settings, making sure they have a memory card with plenty of space and, god forbid, make sure they don't  lose that tiny little card with an all important action scene saved  on it, or accidently erase the card full of Clarkson's ramblings. I struggle to manage just one GoPro with all the settings and it's a never ending battle ensuring I have enough power and card space etc. But still a lot of fun and I wouldn't be dead for quids. I keep coming back to this helpful video, thanks.

Great Video, very helpful. you said during a time lapse sunset you would do a shot every 5 seconds? would you need to change your ISO settings during the sunset or would the camera recognize the light change? Also would you recommend using the video mode timelape or the photo mode?

There must be something before this. My wifi won't turn on with the GoPro off. And I don't know a thing about the GoPro App. I did go ahead and watch this in case I can ever get this far. Thank you for sharing.

I purchased my GoPro Hero 4 Silver last month and I am trying to "play" with the camera a couple times each week, just to get the hang of it. As a photographer, I have a general idea of how to use the camera, but using the menu to change the settings, is not intuitive for me at all...I have watched your video 3x each time picking up something new. Thank you for the video, it is very helpful. I have one question, I recorded a soccer practice in 4k mode at 30 frames and when I am watching it on my Laptop (MacPro) it plays it really slow and it almost seems like it is freezing? I appreciate your help. Thanks

Hey really nice video but I have a question about Picture mode (Burst). I want to know which protune option is better to use for best quality picture after post-editing? 
1) WB-Auto // Color-Gopro OR 2) WB-Native // Color-Flat 
If I edit the picture with 1st option (Auto/Gopro), would it look bad? (Color correction/Contrast/other edits)? Media Unlocked

When I hold down the button that looks like a wrench in order to setup the WIFI with the GoPro it does nothing.
I held it for a few seconds like you did and it doesn't do anything. Just purchased it.
Maybe it needs to be setup first before that options works?
