Poached Pear in ginger brown sugar and star anise topped with e the reduction on a bed of creme anglaise and decorated with hand spun sugar, almonds and mint and strawberry's.

Jesse, I find you to be not only exceptionally talented, handsome and charming, but I appreciate your demure character. You seem so focused. Perhaps I am so intrigued with your cooking because my father used to be the head chef at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel when I was a child. I would enjoy cooking with my dad, but I merely helped a little bit.

Here you are taking on Luxurious desserts and entrees all on your own. I am seriously impressed, and I would like to say,  that you should stay focused because you can have an amazing career.

 I wish I was in New York, I would love to manage you. I'd have you on Tv, doing talk shows, doing cooking demonstrations, ...So I suggest you write a recipe book, which will feature food you can easily make on T.v.- and recipes you can remember when asked about them in an interview.

Keep practicing -by cooking as much as you are able to,  and then practice speaking, naming your ingredients and then explaining your preparation steps. Once you have this down, and  a book compiled with recipes, then you go to a publisher or literary agent and you sell your self as a prodigy, ..And explain you are ready for Television interviews and talk shows totally prepared to doing a cooking segment on the air, to promote your book, .. For now Jesse keep rockin',  cooking,  practicing and being such a cutie! I loved this pear recipe above!! You are a brilliant cool kid!!, ,, Queen Grace
