I seen this on a different site. They made it more about safety from tornadoes, easy heat and cool because it's underground. In a different context, it really made a lot of sense. My gripe would be, I need windows.

Gosh that’s a steal! Those are usually millions brand new! It’s gotta lot of rust but with lots more lighting flooring and removing the rust it has potential. It obviously wasn’t taken care of, but it’s not completely a disaster.

I would buy it. Besides the renovations I would add a hydroponic grow system as well as a garage. The home needs lots of light and ventilation.

A lot of people redo these. Old silos and turn them into super bougie places to go when the SHTF. There's usually a super powerful air and water filter, a computer system, max food supplies, and enough room to grow more out a bunch of different ways. Usually hydroponics. Once redone the floors sell for millions a piece. It's worth buying

People live in these old missed silos regularly. Some are lavish and if they are maintained they are safe from nuclear blasts.

This is kinda freaky, but it could also be really cool if bought and fixed up correctly. With that much space, and all the industrial elements, it could end up being a really awesome space to live in. Although I'd definitely have to change the entrance, this staircase doesn't fit, or sit, right with me.
For ease, I would add an elevator from the ground down to the lowest floor in the space, which would also put the whole aesthetic just over the top amazing!
Wish I could go buy and do up a space like this. It would be awesome!! But you'd need TV screens in your "windows" to at least simulate you living above ground in the sunshine, or it might get too dark and depressing. It's still really cool though.
