Mass exile, sacrifice, all creatures on the bottom, mass bounce, mass morph, gain control of all, win the game, mill, target loses the game, draw -effect deal with this. But quite alot of those are common now.

Yup, your life total won't change, but you'll still die from getting smacked for commander damage since it doesn't prevent damage.
