A way to beat 1-1 faster than Flagpole Glitch?

This is like bullet bill glitch except theres no bullet bill.
To perform this, you need to do exactly what you have to do with the bullet bill glitch but. again... there's no bullet bill.
It's a little bit easier than flagpole glitch. To perform this, you need an emulator or something that allows cheats. then in the "Cheats" bit (i'd recommend Mesen since its easier) Add the cheat. Code is GIIIVY and works in the Game Genie only.
