Nice one Jason. Super useful video as I am a Yi 4K+ owner myself. I've always wondered how I could directly mount a mic on top of the camera so your solution looks great...I couldn't see it listed in the video description, but what cage is it you are using on the Yi camera? My only two gripes with the camera itself are is it isn't great in very low light, and there is very little in the way of mic input volume controls. But it's a great camera....I use it a lot for creating timelapses.

Fine video mate, I love traveling and vlogging light, I'm still shooting on the i phone, don't really feel the need to upgrade as yet, but if I do this looks like a good option. Just for the record I heard Blackadder as well. Great watch pal.

Great vlog. Yes sound was weird at the beginning but got a lot better. Is the stabiliser on as it didn't seem as stable. Thanks colin
