🥧 You can best replace sugar with birch sugar (xylitol) when baking and cooking. It doesn't have the bitter taste like stevia, but don't use it for caramelizing; that just doesn't work.

👩🏼‍🍳 After this, you absolutely must react to a video about Kaiserschmarrn (an Austrian special shredded pancake)! It's fantastic, but you really can't avoid using real sugar if you want the full experience. Once in a while won't hurt, right?😉

As the original creator said in the comments of his video:

"Dear Germans and Dutch people... This is called a "Dutch Baby" and sometimes "German Pancakes" here in the U.S.A. As far as I know it has nothing to do with Germany or the Netherlands. It was apparently invented by German immigrants who were called "Dutch" which was a corruption of the German " deutsch.""
