Unfortunately, like so many other demos and teachings, this misinterprets both Bernoulli's Principle and the true science of these demonstrations.

The air out of the blower (your mouth in this case) has the _VERYSAME_ pressure as the still air around it ! This is easy for anyone to see and measure, (see Weltner below)

The real Bernoulli science:
When air along a path CHANGES speed (accelerates) as it travels, it is because a higher pressure region pushes it toward the lower pressure region, thus speeding it up..That's why it is faster when it gets there. The speed DOES NOT CAUSE the lower pressure.
The changing speed accompanies the changing pressure it DOES NOT CAUSE IT !

The location where Bernoulli's Principle actually takes place is INSIDE the blower. The higher pressure inside the blower accelerates the air inside it toward the lower (normal atmospheric) pressure outside the blower.

Entrainment:
The moving air from your mouth draws air adjacent along with it due to viscosity, or friction between the moving air and the still air above and below it between the papers. Removing that air is what lowers the pressure NOT the speed.
