I agree. Bhakti, or devotion, is a spiritual practice just like karma yoga and meditation. It may help a seeker to ultimately transcend vyaavarhika reality to paramharthika reality. However, for me bhakti has never worked. Whenever i try bhakti it brings me back from paramharthika to vyaavarhika level and it all seems unreal to me. Karma yoga, on the other hand, works for me because underlying karma yoga is the realization that my actions are transactional and nishkam karma helps me in transcending vyavaarhika reality.

Namaste Swamiji. Thank you for another wonderful lesson. Sri Krishna is emphasising preparedness of mind for realization of Self and yes, that is of utmost importance. One have to be spiritually mature to recognize True Self, spiritually mature means sufficiently purified and aligned. Trained in Karma Yoga, meditation, bhakti and so on. I also agree that Sanskrit is absolutely beautiful. Like fragrance of flower carried by the wind. Stunning! Om Shanti! 🙏

Thank you for another amazing lesson, Swami-ji! 🙏 Not sure if you will be able to answer this before the next lesson or at all, but what exactly is or are the characteristics of the manas (mind) as being part of the suksma sharira? Or in other words, what are the characteristics of the mind that travel with the suksma sharira?

Pranam Swamiji
If my true nature is free from worldly problems, then who will face the problems around me. My mind and my body? Still my proximity is very high with my body and mind, how can I make a distance from it?? Please throw some light on it.

PARAMATMA and JIVATMA are One and same Only the presence of Body seemingly differentiating.
