Receiving a cancer diagnosis is a devastating life event for the patient and their loved ones. Thankfully we have tools to combat these traumatic illnesses. One of those tools is lifestyle medicine, particularly focusing on dietary intervention. In this video, Susan describes what her life and diet looked like pre-plant-based, and following the successful dietary transition. She discusses her experience with hypothyroidism, acid reflux, breast cancer, food cravings, muscle atrophy following chemotherapy, and her current weight loss journey. Susan has accomplished a number of her goals and so much more in just 12 short weeks on my Nutrition Optimization Program. It's never too late to improve your health and longevity.
