In this video I detail 5 commonly held beliefs about European swords, particularly the long sword, bastard or even hand and a half as it's sometimes known.

This is the sword style most typically used in TV and Film but the depictions of it's movement and styling is often grossly incorrect and so I hope to clear that up a bit in this video.

I have based all of this off my own research and swordsmanship experience.
