Not a single pack out organizer I've ever bought had those, except for the black ones inside the small boxes in the tool box.

That was definitely not done with scissors. I'm guessing rotary tool

Use a grinder with a cutoff wheel, should be same thickness and a nice tight fit “that’s what she said”

What did you use for that, becouse scisors are not cuting that way

I did the same thing but just used a razor knife. The plastic is not that hard.
