This foam Kaizen look like way better than the milwaukee packout foam sale à home depot. I just try to make something like this with the milwaukee foam and it is not very good when you want to adjust the layer, very hard to peel off . I m gonna buy Kaizen one and Remake my set up . Thank you for this review, very helpful

Couple questions if you don't mind answering: What was the thickness of the foam sheet you purchased? Looks like they have a few different thicknesses. If you did it again, would have chosen a different thickness? Any value in adding a top piece of foam to the lid? Thanks.
