Hi man, how would you recommend I get better at sales? In an sales/appointment setting position now and I want to better my conversion, the buisness model pretty much guarantees the closer closing the deal, say 90% on their end, so I'm somehow the bottle neck. Im an appointment setter that has to explain and sell the product to the prospect before handing them over to a design team as a client ready to customize their product and purchase. It weird, I cant "close" a deal, but I have to sell them. The commissions and incentives are kind of flipped in the chain of customer acquisition and sales. And I dont know how to improve the chances of getting a prospect to agree to buy without being part of the design team myself.
