If you’re wondering why they don’t do these anymore, it’s because Hasbro has the exclusive rights to produce Star Wars figures and these sets infringed on their rights. LEGO can include Star Wars figures with a build or a Star Wars figure that IS a build, but they can’t sell Star Wars minifigures on their own. That’s also why LEGO Star Wars keychains and magnets are always attached to a background or something.

Fun fact- lego had to stop doing sets like this because Kenner complained that selling something like this infringes on their exclusive action figure rights they held over starwars

I got two of these sets for free in toys r us. A women with a shopping cart was giving them to kids as a “free sample of Lego”
