CoreOS - Confd to manage a tomcat cluster

let's try confd to manage a Tomcat cluster!

Abstract: I like confd. It is quite useful to migrate existing Infrastructures to a Microservice Architecture. So let's build together a sample using confd, several Apache Tomcats, a reverse proxy, Vagrant and Docker.
