911 is for EMERGENCIES. there needs to be penalties for flagrant misuse/divergence of resources away from actual crimes and EMERGENCIES.

I guess you need a permit to sell lemonade too? Let kids be kids. The little girl is out there learning to make money for herself, rather then asking her mom for it. I would give her a round of applause if I saw this girl on the street. And yes I’m a white person who supports Trump from CA. So don’t stereotype white trump supporters cause they aren’t all the same. Black or white, doesn’t matter. Kids should be able to have fun and live out their childhood without people like permit patty.
