Part #: SE-004KT

We would like to introduce the brand new Spulen Turbo Muffler Delete kit for the 2.0 TSI - Generation 1 application. The factory IHI turbocharger on your 2.0T engine is equipped with a turbo muffler positioned at the compressor outlet. The factory turbo muffler is designed to reduce engine bay noises caused by the turbocharger. The Spulen Turbo Muffler Delete replaces the factory turbo muffler with a CNC billet piece that provides uninterrupted air flow. A Viton o-ring is included and forms a leak free seal between the base of the turbocharger and the Turbo Muffler Delete. The Spulen Turbo Muffler Delete features a larger 2.25” outlet and a tapered design to allow for maximum air flow.

Fits the following applications:
VW MK5 GTI 2.0TSI
VW MK5 Jetta 2.0TSI
VW MK6 Jetta 2.0TSI
VW MK6 Jetta 1.8TSI
VW Beetle 2.0TSI
VW Passat 2.0TSI
VW CC 2.0TSI
VW Tiguan 2.0TSI

2009-2014 Audi A3 2.0TSI

you guys should do a full diy video as it seems that the diy instructions seem straight forward, but nothing is ever as easy as it seems

Will it fit for the Borg Warner K03 turbo?

did you have to remove the n75 sensor above the turbo muffler to uninstall it? seems like the flange hits it.

I was under there recently for boost leak checks and definitely could see why the clip is a common source. Plus the billet adapter there isn't a tight fit. It kind of moves in and out. It's not much, but enough to possibly cause a leak. Will defiantly order this. What kind of bolts hold the factory turbo muffler outlet on? Are they torx?
