Easy & Quick Microwave Cookie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp Plain All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or any Nut Butter)
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Note: I used a 1000 watt microwave.

This is an amazing recipe however there are a few things I would tweak.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar instead of one because the dough will be bland and too floury and despite the chocolate chips it won’t be as enjoyable. I would recommend using chocolate shards than chips or chop up anar since the chocolate melts much better. Another Pointer is to make sure that you ensure your dough is cooked and this is when your chocolate melts. Use medium high in your microwave and for 1min30secs to 2 mins. Enjoy !

Microwave for a minute and 30 seconds.
Add toppings.

for that person scrolling to see if it works -
it does! however it doesn’t rise that much, only about 1/3. so don’t worry about having an explosion. take a toothpick and shove it through the middle and see if it comes up with batter on it. mine was actually raw after a minute and a half so i microwaved it for two minutes. enjoy :)
