Amy's Apple and Blackberry Crumble

Amy Moore - one of our wonderful Associate Board members - has shared one of her favorite recipes with us and we just couldn't wait to try it out in the Celtic Kitchen. This crumble strikes a perfect balance between sweet and tart. While many apple varieties will work well for this recipe, Amy favors Granny Smiths for their sharpness of flavor. She also insists on using only Irish butter!
