Where to find gold? Evaluating a new claim.

Mike for 'The Gold Panners" invited me out for an afternoon on his new claim for me to have a look around and see what I can see, give some pointers, and maybe make a bit of a plan on where he should start his search for gold. His claim has a lot of gold rush history and evidence of old time mining is everywhere. According to the old reports an 8 oz nugget was pull off this claim back in the day. Now we just have to find those spots that they overlooked. And hope there is a pile of gold hiding somewhere.

Good luck helping Mike find where the gold lays in his claim. Seems like there is gold just about everywhere in the creeks, streams, and rivers you explore. The trick is to find where it concentrates. As long as you have fun it was a good day out on the river.

The wheel and tire at 2:12 is off of a World War Two Corsair or Hellcat fighter. A collector would pay a decent amount for that I bet.
