I loved Da Nang. It rained the whole time and was still amazing.

Thanks for making such an amazing video. I have a lot of questions before i plan my first trip to Da Nang and was wondering where i could send my list of questions? Thanks again :)

My finances would be set if I moved to Vietnam, but I don't want to leave Canada. The cost of living here is out of control and I would be very comfortable financially if I moved here.

Have you made a video over the moving process? The visa requirements and how you started the move?

I’ve been to Da Nang 3 times and love it. It’s so nice and laid back. The beach is beautiful too. I will be coming back soon.❤️

Health care costs? What about health care insurance? Quality of health care? How many people speak/understand English now? What visa options are there? What options for people who want to retire there? Are there any senior living / nursing homes, and if so, what are their costs & quality (my parents will need this option eventually).

Thanks for a great video, very helpful.
We are looking for a place to retiring along SEA. Da Nang is among the list, very affordable, the biggest concern we have is healthcare. In the States we are very well cover.

Thank you for your time and posting. I'll be checking out VN in September to see if I want to retire there.

NEVER buy a sim card at the airport. A lot of times they only work for a day or two. Plenty of opportunities to get them elsewhere.

Currently, in the USA, the cost of renting a master bedroom for sharing purposes typically ranges from $1200 to $1500 per month.

Average cost of living in the U.S. with a small house in the country is now about $5, 500 USD per month

People talk about retiring in Vietnam but there no long term retirement visa. Either you marry a Vietnamese and get TRD, citizenship, or do 6 month visits. Da nang weather can get very hot. If you are not in the best of health, finding urgent care from experienced specialist and access to western meds could be a challenge. .

Subscribed. Great content. Im getting close to early retirement. I was thinking Thailand or the Philippines. But i find myself looking at vids for Laos and Vietnam now. . I still have time to decide.

Just curious, usually people compare prices to their home currency. Are you comparing to Chinese yuan prices ? Is it cheaper compared to China ?

Very lovely video. Thank you for the breakdown. Dian, would you know what are my possibilities to rent a place for short time(3 months for example) in Vietnam. A serviced apartment/studio, anything on the budget of 250$/month. Or Vietnamese people only do 1 year contracts? If you know about this, please share. Thank you
