Mi hijo falleció el día 12/02 de este 2020... Uno de sus alumnos interpretó está sublime melodía, se vistió como mi hijo, incluso el corte de cabello, al verlo levantarse de su lugar rumbo al piano, creí ver en el, a mi hijo...más joven... mi hijo cumpliría 29 años este siguiente marzo.
El alumno me transmitió el dolor que el también sentía en cada nota que tocaba, hacia lo imposible por seguir interpretando hasta concluir, mientras las lagrimas caían sobre sus mejillas . Fue un homenaje inolvidable para nosotros sus padres y toda la gente que amaba a mi hijo.

The last time I listened to this, I was in med school. I was studying, depressed, and trying to forge ahead. All the while, listening to music such as the beautiful art from Ludovico Einaudi. Now I am practicing medicine, I have my own family, and am doing very well. It's odd to listen to music from what seems like so long ago and to suddenly be reminded of all of the struggles I had to go through, in contrast to where I am today. Thank you for being a small light for me during those times.

This song always brings a tear to my eye, especially when i am feeling sad. The piano feels like a good friend who's assuring me that everything will be alright. I can almost hear it saying "i know you're going through a tough time right now, but i promise you everything will be better if you just hold on, i will always be there for you"
