Setting up PWM spindle speed control on parallel port CNC machine with Mach3

My CNC machines uses a parallel port control interface where pin 1 has to be turned high to "enable" the spindle power relay, and pin 14 needs to be held low for 100% power, or pulsed to do PWM voltage control. This video shows how to configure the Mach3 software to work with that type of setup.
