I’m glad she mention about the reckless drivers on these electric scooters !!!, be safe and aware of your surroundings and you should be fine on the road 🤙

Thanks yet again Eilish for your engaging presenting style. You are a credit to the Electroheads team. I particularly enjoyed the Electroheads vid on the Taur e-scooter for which the Taur I've been monitoring for some time as a game changer. Now the Taur will have competition with Pure Advance e-scooters.

Practice does indeed make perfect. I took 3 spills on day 1 of my getting my scooter, the reason being I was so used to stopping on a bike - you really do require a (slightly) different mindset, so practice both fast and slow turns in particular. Just suggestin'. Happy travels.

I was disappointed the scooters weren’t arranged to match Ellis’ top. Missed opportunity 😊. I hope these get made road legal because I would love to have one for travelling to/from work.

Without comparing motor output details any comparison is meaninless for me as I live in a hilly area, all trips from home involve a 300ft climb on the return. My order of priorities when chosing are 1. Torque; 2. level of waterproof; 3, is range sufficient. In the last 3 years almost all of my travel has been via ebike plus occasional rental scooters, the rental ones have nowhere near sufficient torque to be of any practical use unless you live on the flat, any gradient and they grind to a stop as the motor stalls. The wattage of the motor is of zero consequence except on the flat, the important figure is torque

THERE ARE NO BETTER OPTION THAN E-scooters, they are 1, 000X cleaner and more efficient than heavy cars and very expensive public transport. Teach EVERYONE to ride, and BAN CARS!

lol my varla pegasus was only $1100 and it can do 25mph for 15 mi or 15 mph for 25 mi, WITH dual suspension, which helps on Chi's potholy roads

The generous wood platform looks great and functional.

0:46 for some reason i feel like it would make more sense to make a law that says you can't park scooter like this. :D

Have to admit, the yellow scooter looked very appealing.

What is that scooter like on hills because that's my main fear with 250w scooters and ebikes 🤔

So far the only Electric Scooters I've seen I might actually ride are the Swifty ones. They're the only ones I've seen with wheels that look they might actually deal with potholes and things.

Review the Razor e300, it's a scooter from before the boom which still holds its own these days. Only issue is range imo

Honestly, all of those scooters look pretty average in comparison with something like a Kaabo or a Vsett, but I just had to watch until the end because of Eillis. Best host ever! Also, how come escooters are still illegal in the UK LOL

I bought my WAU electric bike and ordered a thumb throttle as well.
My bike arrived 2 months ago and been riding it with the thumb throttle everyday since.
Two days ago I found out that thumb throttles are illegal and I had to remove the throttle and was lucky the police didn't stop me all that time.

I would certainly be tempted by one of these EV Scooters. I'll be waiting for a change in the law first, not prepared to risk it being confiscated by the Police.
