IMHO the improvement of the 4090 compared to the 3090 is mostly due to improved/smaller manufacturing process. Allowing for more packed cores, lower power, higher clock. Not too much tech per se on the core itself aside from DLSS 3 for frame generation. There is also the ATX 3.0 connection issue which I'm not sure on how it would play out in the long run. So would have been really dubious on the 4090ti. More curious to know where the 50 series would go. Already have the 3090 so would only consider upgrading if a new card appears that is more than 4x it's power since the max load I run is currently is triple screen 4k with optimized settings.

Nvidia should have worked on a $25, 000 RTX 4090 Ti Extreme Titan Quad SLI Founders Edition.
Seeing as they're making cards no sane person would ever buy.
