Thank you so much for posting this video! Super helpful. There’s a large, hard, plastic mat you can put under your desk for your chair to roll on carpet! Amazon! I hope that helps!

Blue light blocking glasses are ESSENTIAL! Something that not many talk about though is that blue light also ages your skin. You can get moisturizer that helps block out blue light as well! Not that you need that, your skin looks great! Ha ha ha thank you for the content!
