If he were 45 or 50 I'd be impressed, 31, nah, not so much -- correction: not at all.

The key to anti aging is a healthy mind, a healthy body and most of all, good genes

This man is pathological. He seems to have a very problematic relationship to aging and death, you can see it in his discomfort in the questions he's asked.

I can type just as fast, and I don't need 50-100 tablets a day, what the hell is he doing

I mostly agree on the brain function and motor skills performance, but not as much in his physical age appearance.

However, I am mostly concern about his liver processing all those pills.

He honestly looks closer to 40 than 30. I have done hard cardio one hour a day for 32 of 53 years and I had a brain tumor at 39 and 40. I had a 2% chance to survive. My neurosurgeon thinks I beat those odds by how fit I was. I ran one hour hard cardio every night after work. I only missed a few days in the last 15 years (around 10 days). I run up hills on a treadmill at 15.0 and I read while I run or do moving stairs (not stair master) on 19 for an hour. No one ever guesses I am older than 32 and I am 53 with two brain surgeries and several smaller surgeries with nerve damage. I take Zinc, D, and B12. Not dozens of pills that likely are working adversely. Good luck on that.

the sad part is even if he lives 100 years he is wasting 30 years of his total life span trying to get here.

Good work giving this guy some free advertising. Eric Matzner sells pseudo-scientific rubbish for only $50 a month! Maybe fact check this guy before giving him a platform.

My grandma lived with second hand smoke for decades, no water had to melt snow, lived through the Spanish flu, both world wars, the great depression, now COVID. She's 103 turning 104 this week. Secrets? I have no idea.

I don't judge him it is so hard to stay sane in this world.

Everything he just quoted as far as optimizing his reading and typing skills is easily done with practice. Nothing more he is not extraordinary in those numbers for people that seriously practice. My son reads at fast and he's in Middle School

This video is hilarious, i love how its framed to make what he is doing seem edgy and weird to shape the viewers perception of the subject instead of just doing a fair and impartial story presenting the facts which are that he's taking supplements to stay healthy... i would have challenged him on the number he is taking a day and the effect that has on his liver and kidney's . but this isnt about an actual debate the purpose of the is to be normative and to present you with an opinion to have on the subject for the maintenance of the status quo.
