'Demons+' Street Fighter 4: Omega Oni, Evil Ryu, Akuma -- combo comparisons, character specifics...
Показать описание
Evil Ryu: 6:11
Akuma: 11:36
Originally titled "Devil Details", this video is a bit of a data unload. It mostly consists of footage I gathered after putting out my combo videos for Oni, Evil Ryu, and Akuma. A lot of this footage I've had for a long time. I wasn't sure how to present it, or if I even wanted to. The more footage I gathered, and the more I learned, I felt I should make something out of it.
My original idea was just to update those characters' combo videos with more selective material, but I ended up generating too much to pick through. Then I didn't really want viewers to feel like they watched 90% mostly the same video just to see what I added.
Also there is a lot of footage in this video that needed something of an explanation. My intention was to focus on very specific details, such as damage comparisons, character specifics and meter concerns. I didn't include everything possible I uncovered in the lab, just in the interest of time. I hope my use of explanatory text along with the footage is easy enough to follow.
If you liked this video, and want to see more in-depth exploration with other Omega characters, let me know in the comments! (I'm already working on it!)
Lastly, special thanks to the contributors of the Omega frame data spreadsheet here:
While it didn't direct the making of this video, it helped with various portions of it.
Akuma: 11:36
