I remember back in the day when I played Paladins you could literally spend 600 credits on Resiliance (Tenacity) and literally make all CCs useless. It felt amazing and rewarding. Now that I play league, it feels so disgustingly useless to spend 1200 gold and still feel no change.

As someone who uses Master Yi with mercs, wits, and steraks, I can say that you need all 3 to feel a significant difference because using only 1 gives placebo levels of tenacity.

Guys who say "erm actually you could stack more tenacity and reduce cc to 2 seconds" are you crazy? Tenacity stacks multiplicatively like % armor pen, in most cases you dont get more than 60%. Moreover knock ups cant be reduced by anything. He won't take the 10% tenacity rune, he can build maw if he need, it also gives resists and increase the chances to survive the cc. But even if you build everything for tenacity, which is only like viego, xin zhao, etc can profit (rune, mercs, wits end, steraks, potion), you will only get around 70% tenacity which wouldnt reduce that cc even to 3 seconds, and you still get most of the slow almost fully if you dont build dead mans plate lmao. And in reality when you build a lot of cc, they just throw more stuns at you. I even checked in calculator, and it really gives almost exactly 70% tenacity
