I used weed and grass killer in my garden but the spray just kill only the leaf not whole grass plant . Please guide me how to use it if I am wrong . Hope to get help soon

Is the post emergent applied ONLY to the area with weeds or the entire lawn?

I know there are stronger mor commercial selective weed killers out there but before I knew anything about those I used weed stop for lawns with crabgrass killer for years and it has always worked well for me, I have a big yard and when I first bought my house one of my friends got me a case of it as a housewarming gift, I had never used it before but it worked and I’ve used it for about 10 years now last year I decided to try one of the “ better ones” everybody in the lawncare world always talks about, I used speed zone and it did work but using it in my backpack sprayer wasn’t as easy as hooking up a bottle of spectricide up to my hose. Speedzone is definitely stronger than spectricide but the overall result wasn’t much better

New homeowner, what are the pre emergent that I need to put first ? I have yellow flowers weeds on my lawn and trying to kill it

Should I spray before putting fertilizer ? What exactly is the order between spray, pre emergent and fertilizer?

That stuff is junk!!! Even after 3 apps, still got clover n crabgrass not dead in areas! I even added some Dawn for added sticking power. Idk if they changed the formula this year or what?

Spectricide is crap, I’ve never had any success with it. Prove me wrong
