Really enjoying your content! Some people do great with faster laps. I'm from Suffolk in the UK which has one of the most competitive BYU's in Europe...it was won after 88 laps, 366 miles by a guy averaging about 44min laps! 2nd place averaged over 50 mins so it really varies as to what suits you. Good luck with the channel✌️

Great video. Did 20 on my first one. Last lap was 56:30, convinced myself I can't go any further. When I woke up I regretted I didn't at least try more. Never again will I stop in camp. Next one in 3 weeks.

You and these videos are such a big inspiration to me. Had to write down "I don't love running, I use it as a vehicle and a tool to make a soft weak undisciplined person into someone as tough as possible". Love it!

I rlly appreciate your videos. I'm captain of my xc team and it gets discouraging feeling like nobody around me has a winning mindset. Seeing you train alone has inspired me to push as hard as I did back when I started training. cheers mate
