When someone decides to register as a Track & field semi-professional athlete. The respective national federation of Athletics as the responsibility to send a coach at least once, to explain to the new registered athletes that: their federation will protect their rights as semi-professional athletes. And that the new registered athletes have just committed to a life style, that should be clean from any kind of unnecessary drugs. An Olympic track & field athlete is a bit of a singularity; which means that such athletes shouldn't have much to explain themselves before or after competing. Therefore, the IAAF should keep those bees-journalist clear from the tartan; because they aint the singularities.
